TMC Cancela – TOA Mulcher


The TOA is the top of the range for TMC Cancela’s agricultural mulchers. The TOA mulcher is another evolution of TMC Cancela’s agricultural mulchers with feeders, achieving a faster working speed, thus increasing efficiency, and turning it into the model which is one of the biggest working widths on the market. The TOA has 2 models in the range with 2.4m and 3m cutting widths, the 3m machine weighs in at 3570kg. The TOA is specially designed for mulching pruning trimmings in crops such as olives, fruit trees and even tree farms. The TOA has a rotor with fixed hammers and hydraulic drive double pick-up feeder to comb the ground and send branches to the mulching cavity. With mulching capacity up to 15cm branches, and in some crops up to 20cm branches. The rotor is driven by a high performance gearbox with built in free wheel. The PTO can be run in either 540 or 1000rpm, with interchangeable pulleys to adjust the rotor speed, while the pulleys are also designed to evacuate heat from the drive system during operation. Height adjustment comes from 4 rear wheels and also the draw bar by hydraulic cylinders. The TOA is a trailed unit with fixed central drawbar, or with a hydraulic offset draw bar that is linkage mounted.
